Skill Problem - Guild Wars Forums

I made a new character. A 55 monk but the problem is i cant buy all the skills. Skill points arent a problem and neither is money. The problem is that not all of the skills appear at the skill seller.

I got a run from ascalon to droks and desert and every where. I already ascended.

Any help is appriciated.
